Today we celebrated my parents' 40th Wedding Anniversary with a vow renewal service and a luncheon. My grandma even made an appearance in the dress that she wore to my parents wedding back in 1972 - she still looks fabulous!

This weekend I held my niece Kate for the first time! In addition to snuggling with Kate, I also spent some quality time with my other niece Abby who is overflowing with energy and curiosity. The weekend was full of trips to the park, reading stories, popping bubbles, and building forts. Big sister Abby really loves her little sister and is very gentle with with Kate.
