A business trip to Charlotte was the perfect opportunity to spend some much needed quality time with my awesome college roommate. We took a segway tour of Winston-Salem, experienced Halloween flow in the dark yoga, and explored Körner's Folly. Here are some pictures of our time together:
North Carolina
This year we had another great experience at the free Open House Chicago event. 85,000 attendees made 320,000 visits to 204 sites during the 2015 Open House Chicago event, the biggest Open House Chicago weekend yet. Dave and I had a great trip to Seattle! We took an architectural walking tour of downtown, visited Pike Place Market, explored the Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit, went to the top of the Space Needle, road a ferry to Bainbridge Island, saw fantastic views of the city from Kerry Park, and watched the Sox play at Safeco Field. The highlight of our trip was the Boeing factory tour. Here are pictures from Seattle:

During our trip to Cincinnati, we visited the American Sign Museum, went on a historic Cincinnati sightseeing cruise, played at Smale Riverfront Park, explored Loveland Castle, and cheered on the Cubs.

Dave and I went to Arizona to celebrate our first anniversary! We went on a hot air balloon ride, drove to the Grand Canyon, and got an early start to the baseball season at spring training. Here are some pictures from our time in Arizona:
